With over 130,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, there is something for everyone. As a multi-recreational facility, we have numerous avenues to pursue fitness and entertainment. Our team is here to help you pick from our many diverse activities, from aerobics to swimming , and everything in between!


Many of our activities are perfect for cross training to avoid burnout or overtraining, or merely to explore new modes of exercise. If you are curious about doing some power lifting exercises, see one of our degreed personal trainers and learn how to flip either the 350 or 600 pound tire. If you are tired of your basic aerobic workout try one of our Spinning classes to kick up your cardio routine or check out the current Fitness Program to add a challenge to your everyday workout. If you are feeling a little stressed and rundown, schedule a massage to help you unwind and rejuvenate then stop by the Café and have a light lunch before rushing off to the next item on your to-do list.

Even those who choose to specialize in one activity, like tennis or strength training , will relish our prime location. Our enriched facility makes the benefits of an active lifestyle even more fun and convenient.
