Cardio Training

Need to get 30-60 minute of cardio training in, but can’t imagine being on one stationary piece of equipment that long? Come try one of our many cardio classes. There is a class for all levels. From beginners to advanced, from very intricate choreography to basic no brainer workouts, we have a class for you.

 

Cardio Kix: If you like kickboxing and awesome strength training, this is a kickin’ good time. This is a great interval class of cardio and resistance training.

60 min class.

Cardio Pump: This is the most maximal fat burning class ever. Cardio, muscle strength and endurance training all combined into one class. Cardio and strength exercises done simultaneously to keep your heart rate up while your muscles are taken to fatigue. Every piece of equipment could be used in one class. Extreme Benefits!

60 min class.

Cardio Step: All step with intermediate to advanced choreography. High intensity, fun and heart pounding cardio workout.

75 min class.

Circuit Training: All athletes or wanna be athletes will love this challenging workout. A large circuit is set up to work you're aerobic, anaerobic, muscular strength and endurance, and agility techniques. This class is for anyone, because with a circuit you can take it at your own pace. Come play, think of it as a recess for grown ups!

60 min class.

Power Cardio: This is 2 great classes combined into one. Fun and upbeat step choreography for the first half, the second half is our popular Cardio Pump Class.
