It never ceases to amaze me how such a simple movement in Pilates
can be so effective and challenging. I love that Pilates has a seemingly
endless array exercises and variations to challenge the mind and body.
When I'm teaching Pilates, I love to see that "ah-ha" moment
when my student really understands the mind-body connection
that is achieved through the practice.

"Contrology (Pilates) develops the body uniformly, corrects wrong
postures, restores physical vitality, invigorates the mind
and elevates the spirit. -Joseph H. Pilates"
