Friday 5/15

  • Squat for 20 secs
  • Rest 10 secs
  • Push-ups for 20 secs
  • Rest for 10 secs
  • Mountain Climbers for 20 secs
  • Rest for 10 secs
  • Burpees for 20 secs
  • Rest for 10 secs
  • Russian Twist for 20 secs

2 minute breaks in between and repeat for 3-5 rounds depending on fitness level

Saturday 5/16

  • 10 crucnhes
  • 1 min plank
  • 10 bike kicks
  • 1 min plank
  • 10 Russian twists
  • 1 min plank
  • 10 toe touches
  • 1 min plank
  • Repeat 3-5 times depending on fitness level

Sunday 5/17

  • Squat Jumps 12
  • Moving Planks (forearms to hands) 12
  • Lunge Jumps 10 each leg
  • Push-ups 12
  • High Knees 20-25 secs
  • Chair Dips 12
  • Shoulder Press 20 (With cans)
  • Mountain Climbers 30 (15 each leg)

2 min rest then repeat 3-5 times
