Child Care
Guests with children are entitled to up to 2 hours of complimentary childcare at The Fitness Center's child care center during all spa treatments and nail services.

Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24-hours cancellation notice to avoid being charged for your appointment. A 50% fee of scheduled services will be charged for a late cancellation. No-shows will be charged in full.

Appointments
We ask that all guests arrive at the spa reception desk a minimum of 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time. Services begin and end on time and will not be extended for late arrivals. Non-Member appointments must be guaranteed with a credit card.
