Our Policies

  • All members are required to check in with their membership card. Your picture will be taken and saved on the computer. It will appear each time your card is scanned.
  • A Standard Membership allows the member to use the facility whenever we are open. A Before Four Membership (65+) allows a member to use the facility between 5:00am - 4:00pm, Monday – Friday only.
  • Additional family members added after joining will be charged an additional family enrollment fee of $29.00 + tax.
  • Children 12 and under are $12 monthly.
  • Cancellation of membership requires a 30-day written notice. The member is responsible for all charges, including monthly dues, through the effective date of cancellation, even if the member does not use the facility. If a membership is canceled, for any reason, you must pay the prevailing enrollment fee to re-join. Memberships are not transferable.
  • Each membership (not each member on the membership) is allowed two complimentary guest visits per month. A member must be at least 18 years old to bring a guest. If a guest is under 18, the member must remain on the property with them. All guests must complete a guest registration form before participating in any activities. If your membership exceeds the two complimentary visits, your account will be charged the prevailing guest fee.
  • Personal trainers other than those employed by The Fitness Center, or solicitation of personal training on The Fitness Center, property is strictly prohibited.
  • Please dress appropriately for the area of the facility being utilized. Shoes must be worn in the facility for safety and hygiene reasons. Shirts must be worn in all areas of the facility except the gymnasium and outdoor track.
  • The Fitness Center is not responsible for any lost or stolen articles. Articles in 'Lost and Found' will be held for two weeks.
  • A fee is charged for replacement membership cards.
  • Fees may apply for changes to your membership, declined payments, and returned checks.
