Love the water? Why not workout in it? It’s much more challenging than you think, but also the safest on your bones and joints. Aerobics, strengthening and flexibility all done in the water with enthusiastic music and instructors. Practically anyone can do it from teens to seniors. Got an injury, jump in the pool. Come see what the splash is all about!

Pool Information
Our Indoor Pool is a heated, bromine based pool. It has 3 lanes and is 25 yards long. It is open for lap swimming except when water aerobics is occurring. We also have a whirlpool located indoors next to the pool.

Our Outdoor Pool is a heated, chlorine based pool. It has 6 lanes and is 25 meters long. There is always at least one open lane open for lap swimming, even when other programs are being held.


Swimming Lessons:
Not only is swimming a necessary skill, it’s also one of the only forms of exercise that works your entire body! From young to old, there’s always something new to learn in the pool. We have lessons for beginners just learning to swim, to competitive swimmers wanting to improve technique. Recommended for 30 minutes but can be 1 hour if needed. Ages 2 and up. Private lessons and groups of two or more are welcome. Prices vary, please contact us for more information.
