Home daily workouts

Saturday 3/28:

Go for a jog/ walk depending on your fitness level

Sunday 3/29:

Spell your full name challenge:

  • Squats 20
  • Push-ups 10
  • Squats 15
  • Push-ups 10
  • Squats 10
  • Push-ups 10

Then abs

  • Crunches 20
  • Bicycles 20 (10 each leg)
  • Russian twist 20
  • Toe Touches 20
  • Side Plank 30 for each side
(Repeat 3-5 cycles depending on fitness level)

Monday 3/30:

  • 3 to 5 sets of 10 to 15 body squats
  • 3 to 5 sets of 10 to 15 standing lunges
  • 3 sets of push-ups to failure
  • 3 to 5 sets of 10 to 15 dips using couch, bed or chair
  • 3 to 5 sets of 30 Russian Twists
  • 3 to 5 sets of 30 crunches
