Before Four Membership

Usage of the facility is limited to Monday through Friday from 5 am to 4 pm only. No evenings or weekends. Must be 65+ to enroll.

Enrollment Fee: $99 + tax

*If you are adding additional members to the membership after the initial enrollment, there is a $29.00 + tax enrollment fee charged at the time they join.

Monthly Dues:
Single Membership: $60.95 + tax
Spouse and single dependent children/step-children of the primary member 13-23 years of age may be added to the membership for additional $32.95 + tax per member.
