Anyone can ride a bike. This is a very enthusiastic, upbeat group exercise class taught on a stationary bike. Simple instruction - lots of calories burned. Please reserve a bike and arrive early, especially if you're new - bike setup can take 10 minutes.
60 min class.

Cycle Core: 45-60 min of cycle followed by core work.

Cycle Express: 45 min express class.

Cycle Mix: This is a surprise class! The instructor decides (with influence of the students) on what cycle class to conquer. Come prepared for anything.
60 min class.

Xtreme Cycle: Awesome Interval Training! You will get on and off the bike with resistance weight training so many times, suddenly the class is over. Very popular cycle class because you get cardio and resistance training done before you know it.
