The gym is available for pick-up games and general use most days of the week except for Fridays.
Volleyball
If you wish to play volleyball and the gym is available, just ask, our friendly staff will gladly set the net up for you.
If you want to join a first class club instead of a gym, then The Fitness Center at South Shore Harbour is the place for you!
